Dancing is as much a part of French music as baguettes and strikes are to the French! So you don’t have to go on a “dancing strike” during the festival and stand sadly in the corner, come join us to learn a few of the most common dances you might encounter on a Francophone dance floor. You’re going to be twisting, jerking, and twirling anyway, so you better be ready. Even those who’ve been told their whole lives that they’re Czech and as stiff as a board can do it. We promise.
